Please read carefully before using SwapXchange.

Requirements

• Name match (mandatory): Your registered First Name and Surname must match the name on your PayPal account AND your South African bank account, exactly.
• You must own both the PayPal account and the bank account.
• You must upload a recent bank statement so we can verify the account holder.

Exchange terms

• Rate: $1 = R14.7. Exchange fee: 10%.
• Minimum exchange: $4. Maximum: $1000.
• Payments typically take 20–60 minutes, but may take up to 12 hours.
• First exchange takes up to 1 hour due to verification.
• If verification fails, funds will be refunded to your PayPal account.
